This pack was used for about a week in Wenatchee National Forest back in 2013, and later resurrected for a short trek in Eagle Cap Wilderness in the Wallowa Whitman National Forest in 2021. I'd estimate it has seen less than 10 days of trail time overall. (Life gets complicated!) Stored in a smoke-free, pet-free home when not in use.
Item is pre-owned and used, but in excellent shape overall. There are a couple tiny blemishes on the bottom of the pack from being placed on the ground. I also observe some discoloration on the grey inside panels of the waist belt and shoulder straps (not really visible when you're actually wearing the pack). You may note some other signs of use.

ently hand-wash the pack with laundry detergent and warm water per Zpacks instructions.
Extras include belt pouches, top side pockets, dry bag, and removable "multi-pack." (The multi-pack clips to included straps and can be worn across the chest.) Note that the waist belt is integrated into the pack, and not removeable like current models.

I put some kraft paper in the pack for some of the pics to better illustrate the volume, but I didn't really fill it up or cinch it down. And empty, the pack lays almost flat.
