Up for a Buy-It Now or Best Offer is this Vintage Wilderness Experience Backpack.
It is forest green and a size small.
This pack measures 26" X 13" X 10" and has two side pockets, a top pocket and a
front panel
pocket.
There are two, removable aluminum stays that you can customize to fit your contours.
This pack isn't only great for hiking, but for skiing as well.
There is space between the side pockets and the body of the pack to slip your skis through.
This pack still has the original leather lash points, and leather zipper pulls, all in pristine condition.
There are adjustable, padded, shoulder straps and a nearly, 5"-wide, padded, waist belt.
The drawstring top has a cord-lock to close with an extendable 9" collar for extended trips,
with its own drawstring and cord-lock.
Top pocket secures to the pack with the greatest invention out of Des Plaines, IL, the Fastex buckle.
Made of abrasion-resistant, Cordura Nylon.
Pack measurements are 23" tall, 13" wide, 10" deep (excluding the top pocket).
With the four extra pockets and the main pack body, I measured this to be approximately a 43L.
This vintage pack is in incredible condition and doesn't look like it has ever been used.
I have owned Wilderness Experience packs since 1984 and they still function as intended.
I have five of their packs and they last!
