Here is an original Belgian movie poster from the 1st release of Eddie Sutherland's south-of-the-border comic musical,
One Night In The Tropics
. This movie marked the film debut of Abbott & Costello and ushered in an era of financial success for Universal Pictures thanks to their subsequent films. Bud and Lou only had small supporting roles, but theirs were by far the most memorable scenes in the film. This
poster is from the first release of the
movie in the late Forties. By this time, because of their international popularity, Bud and Lou are prominently featured in the artwork of this Belgian release poster. A must have for any fan of Abbott & Costello.

COUNTRY OF ORIGIN / SIZE: Belgium  14.5" x 22.75"
CONDITION:
Very Good Untrimmed Folded Condition. Untrimmed top white border. Some crinkling to edges of surrounding borders. A tax stamp affixed in lower right corner. Slightest of yellowing to the paper.  Artwork is vivid and completely intact.  Folded in half as originally issued, this poster has been stored flat for the past 21 years and will be shipped rolled in a sturdy tube.
