We prefer PayPal for all transactions because of its safety and convenience. For "Buy It Now" listings, your payment is due at the time of checkout. For auction style listings, your payment is due within 48 hours after the auction ended.

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. You will receive an email message as soon we have shipped your item and provide tracking information. It can take up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated in the shipping carrier's system.
If the item is not available in our local store at the time you placed the order, this item will be shipped from an alternate warehouse direct to you.
Delivery times varies by shipping carrier.
Return Policy
If the item you purchased is found to be defective, we will be happy to provide a full refund upon the item's return within 14 days of your receiving delivery.
We are also happy to exchange or replace the item.
If you need to return a defective device, please contact us through eBay messaging before shipping the return. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping cost to return the device to us.
