All of the items we sell are brand new and unopened unless otherwise specified. If the item says “New” under item condition then that means it is a brand new item exactly like the one you would find in your local retail store, the only difference is that our price is much lower

Signature required upon delivery
In some cases a signature in person is required for delivery. Check your tracking info on the carriers site to see if you will be required to sign. You can also have the item help at the local Ship center (if FedEx is carrier) for you to pick up at your convenience
