This insect hotel welcomes many different species of critters with multiple types of habitats, including bamboo tubes and drilled wood cylinders. With this assortment of habitats, the insects in your area are sure to nest, and your garden will thank you for it.
The top and bottom areas of this house are filled with bamboo tubes and drilled wood cylinders, which will attract solitary bees such as mason bees and leaf-cutter bees. These native North American bees are non-aggressive "super pollinators," meaning they are 30-60 times more effective at pollinating than honey bees. The middle area of this hotel also features horizontal slats, which accommodate lacewings: a natural predator to pest insects and pest larvae. Introducing a new home for the insects in your area with an insect hotel is a great way to make your garden flourish through pollination and to keep pesky pests from nesting in your home.

DEFECTIVE ITEM REFUNDS
If an item purchased by the consumer is defective, then it is the consumer’s responsibility to notify JCs Wildlife within 14 days of receiving the shipment. If the consumer does not notify JCs Wildlife within 14 days of receiving the shipment of the defect, then it is up to JCs Wildlife discretion whether or not a refund will be issued. Upon notification, the consumer will receive a Return Authorization Number. The item must be returned to the seller in the same condition received. The return package must be postmarked within 30 days of the original receipt date. The refund will be processed within 9 days upon receipt of the returned package.
HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY:
Returning your item: Items purchased that are received between November 23, and December 25, may be returned through January 14. Please note that all other terms and conditions provided in the Refund Policy are still applicable with respect to such items purchased. All purchases made after December 25, are subject to the Standard Return Policy.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES:
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, you will be issued refund minus the 20% restock fee.
RESTOCKING FEE:
For the return of a defective item, JCs Wildlife will bear the cost of all shipping charges incurred to the consumer as well as provide return labels to the consumer, and no restocking fee will be charged. If an item is not defective, the consumer is responsible for the cost to ship the item back to JCs Wildlife. Upon request, JCs Wildlife will provide a shipping label to the consumer in order to return the item back to our warehouse which will be deducted from the refund. JCs Wildlife will deduct a restocking fee up to 20% from the original order amount upon inspection of the returned item. Once a return has been requested, the consumer will receive a Return Authorization Number. The item must be returned to the seller in the same condition received. The return package must be postmarked within 30 days of the original receipt date. The refund will be processed within 9 days upon receipt of the returned package.
