Here is a rare and interesting original Belgian movie poster from what I believe was a compilation of silent comedy shorts and Looney Tunes cartoons that was shown in Belgium in the late 1940's or early 1950's. I don't know too much about this poster since I have never seen another copy before. The words/titles on the poster are in the Flemish language and refer to a
Comedy Festival
(Kluchtfestivaal) featuring films starring Fatty Arbuckle, Zigoto (?) and the Warner Bros. Looney Tunes gang. This large poster is in very good condition and probably dates from after the end of WWII. It is quite rare and very colorful with some great images of Bugs, Porky, Daffy and Sylvester.  It's also in very good shape for a movie poster of this age. This wonderful poster seldom (if ever) comes up for sale or auction and would make a great addition to anyone's silent comedy or classic cartoon movie poster collection.

COUNTRY OF ORIGIN/SIZE: Belgium  23" x 33"
CONDITION: Very Good Folded Condition.  A tax stamp is affixed in the untrimmed top white border. A few minor tears, bumps and pinholes in the white borders with a piece of paper missing in top border. A piece of yellowed cellophane tape in center of bottom white border.  This poster was folded as originally issued and has been stored folded for 19 years and will be shipped folded in a rigid envelope.
