Listed domestic shipping rates include the continental US only. If you live in Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico you'll need a special quote. Please give us a call and we'll be happy to help. Unfortunately,

We use FedEx Standard Delivery service to ship small, lightweight items, under 55 lbs. Your local FedEx driver will bring your package to your main entrance during normal business hours.
Tracking number will be provided via e-mail.
We use FedEx Freight to deliver any product that is too heavy (over 55 lbs.), large, or fragile to be sent via FedEx Ground Delivery. When your order is ready to be delivered, you will be contacted by the shipper to schedule a delivery date and time.
Please note FedEx Freight is not responsible for lifting or carrying the products into the house or business location. If you require inside delivery, un-boxing/crating, assembly, etc., contact us for rates. Please inspect packages & products and make note of any damages on the delivery receipt prior to signing for delivery. Neither Office Designs Outlet nor FedEx Freight is liable for any damages unless damage was noted on the delivery receipt. If there is a problem with your order contact us within three (3) days of receipt and we will work with you to make things right.
