Here is an original Belgian movie poster from the 1st release of Albert Rogell's comedy musical set in South America,
Argentine Nights
. Starring The Ritz Brothers, in one of their rare film outings, as con men who flee to Argentina to escape their creditors, this was also the first movie to feature The Andrews Sisters. This poster is from the first release of the movie in Belgium after the end of the war in Europe, probably in 1947 since it contains the Universal-International logo which didn't exist prior to mid 1946. This is a rare Belgian poster. I have never seen another example come up for sale or auction in the past 25 years.
It is in nice condition for its age and features wonderful artwork unique to this Belgian release poster.

COUNTRY OF ORIGIN/SIZE: Belgium  14" x 21"
CONDITION:
Good to Very Good Untrimmed Folded Condition.  Untrimmed top border displays some foxing and yellowing on the edges. A few pinholes in surrounding borders. Poorly repaired tear in lower right corner. Remnants of cello tape bleed through from back of poster. Artwork completely intact.  Slight yellowing to the paper. Folded as originally issued, this poster has been stored flat for the past 18 years and will be shipped rolled in a sturdy tube.
