1950's Miss Nancy Ann Doll 10" Fashion Doll, replaced shorter legs now 7 1/2"

I searched and searched and kept finding this doll 10" tall but not 7 1/2" tall.
Original legs replaced with shorter legs, not original legs.
I just received some information on this doll from a fellow ebayer who is knowledgeable and kind enough to share information for these type dolls.
"I do truly believe your doll head marked Nancy Ann is Nancy Ann Lori Ann. I have a few of them and they were usually on a Muffie body or an all vinyl Lori Ann body. Someone wanted to save her beautiful head. Personally I think Lori Anns are much prettier than MISS Nancy Ann 10 inch fashion doll Miss Nancy Ann just wasn't as pretty as the other sizes in my opinion and didn't always fare as well."
I think this is a Vintage 1950's Miss Nancy Ann 10" doll with a swivel waist BUT someone changed her legs and now she is a 7 1/2" doll.  Not sure but she is vinyl on all her body except her legs which are hard plastic. Her feet are flat, not high heeled.
Back of the head shows Nancy Ann.  She is clean.  All the parts of the body seem to be a little different color.  All vinyl except the replaced hard plastic legs.
You may want to leave the doll as she is or if you have another doll you could replace the legs and have a nice Miss Nancy Anne 10 to 10 1/2" doll.
Her eyes and clear and open and close but the left eye is a little lazy, you need to move the doll around to get the eye to open.  The arms, head and swivel waist are tight and move well.   The legs are tight but can be pulled out because they re connected with elastic.
Face color looks good.
There is a little mark on the back where the waist swivels.  It looks like maybe they pried off the top of the doll to put the elastic to attach the legs.  When you pull the legs out from the body you can see the elastic stretches into the top of the doll.  That would be only a guess.  I do not know what the inside of this doll looks like or how to remove the top half of the doll.
She has a swivel waist, sleepy eyes.  If you look at the pictures the legs are secured on with a elastic string that is connected to the leg and tied somewhere up in the doll maybe on the head or shoulders.  It looks like someone drilled a hole in the leg to secure the elastic string to hold the legs on.
Her hair is shinny, clean and full but when I combed the hair and replaced the rubber band the hair falls out or breaks off.  So it is dry and brittle but looks good.  I do not see any plugs missing.
Clothes are not made very well.  Lots of unfinished seams.  One shoe broke when I took it off to clean the doll.  I replaced the shoes with a pair from my inventory.  The dress and white bloomers are pinned together, no snaps.
Item includes the dress, bloomers, socks, shoes (2 pair), hat and new hair clip.

Shipping:
Right now before Christmas the USPS and FEDEX are having a lot of delays and it is taking much longer than usual.  I would not count on anything to be there for Christmas at this time.
I offer First Class if the weight is below the max of 1 pound and the cost of the item is not too high to save on shipping. First class does not provide insurance. I like to ship the expensive items with priority which provides insurance. A customer might prefer one shipping method vs another. Check the options to see which one you prefer, contact me if there is not a option you want.
I am going to ship the more expensive and heavier items either priority or FEDEX Home Delivery, whichever method is less expensive. If you want me to ship a specific method please let me know right after you purchase the item before I print out the label.
Local pickup is available, just contact me before you pay. I live in Sonoma County north of San Francisco. For larger items it would save a lot on shipping.

Returns:
I have tried to describe the item as best I can. The item is pre-owned and may have imperfections that I did not see. I will accept returns for the item. If the item arrives to you in a condition other than described I will pay for the return shipping and the total sale amount including shipping to you.
If you just decide that you do not want the item, you will need to pay for the return shipping. I will return the cost of the item only.
